Settle down kiddies. Let me explain.
As I assume (practically know) E11 is the highest code you can mod [The name Ultimate Rank up Code deems E11 ONLY]. You cant go any farther. From what I believe, the rank up code is used as a negative so that you perform better because everyone is set to a positive (low positive). The rank down is used because its the highest positive because you can exceed off the highest positive when your the lowest negative.
Why is it a glitch?
Well the truth is, you need more people. Actually, you need 5 people to withhold the rank down code, and you with the Rank up code. When they have the high rank up, your bound to go really high [with a negative because the numbers are set to anything until you kill someone and because the server goes crazy when set to a negitive]. Your teammates too have the rank down code because they cant do better, than you because if they do it defeats the purpose.
If my math is correct 11 for the E11 rank up, and 11 more when they use a higher positive number.
11 + 11 = 22
As I clearly know, you cant mod the E11 any higher, I would challenge any to do so.

Upon WarCrazy's guide for the E19, Im sure it would work the same.
Make 3 v 3 game with only 2 people, one using the rank up and one using the rank down.
I do know, you need 6 to rank up, but using the force green code might work too!
*Unknown Factors*
Due to laziness (lol's) I have not figured out a few things.
1. If you get more kills when at a negative affects you.
2. If more deaths affect you.
3. If more people than 6 with the rank down affects you.
